Meaty Paragraph- Who in the play is most in fault with Romeo and Juliet's actions? Who's to blame?

I feel Juliet's parents are to blame for Romeo and Juliet's actions.  I feel Lady and Lord Capulet did not care about her daughter.  Juliet is only 13 years old and her parents are already planning a marriage with the handsome man named Paris.  I feel like Juliet should live her own lifestyle and not just follow her parents orders since it is not there lives.  At the party Juliet parents were just like, "Just see if you can like him at the party tonight, sweetheart."  They are being quiet annoying and feel bad for Juliet cause she is being controlled.  She does not show any love even when she talked to Paris.  Suddenly, Juliet's good cousin, Tybalt has died.  Juliet is very sad and can not stop being sad.  Juliet's parents bring up the marriage part again to Juliet to have her mind off of Tybalt.  Juliet's parent really did not show any love to Tybalt or even Juliet.  I feel really bad for Juliet because no matter if Juliets parent really liked Romeo they would have never accepted him to marry Juliet.  Every time they would have chosen Paris because they know he is better than everyone else.  All in all, Juliet's parents could care less about Juliet and are to blame with Romeo and Juliet's actions.

Self Evalution

I thought my performance and write up about my performance was alright.  I think like Cassidy washing to not right so much "fluff."  I really just wrote all this fluff to fill up word space and really want the IB people who are grading my essay to know what I did to be here today.  I also think I should try and talk less about every single thing I did to prepare myself for the act.  I want to add more about the performance and not as much about the literary analysis.  In my write up I wrote a lot about the literary analysis instead of the performance.  I feel that I do need some fluff or else there will be a bit of confusion about whats going on.  I should edit more of the literary analysis though and compare more Tom's emotion in the play to my performance.  I could also probably talk a little bit about Grace and I working together to fill up some space.  My biggest issue is the words and getting to 2000 words.  I feel it will be hard t...

Oral Presentation Practice:

#1.)  When I read the chapters, “The Wall of Fire Rising” and “Night Women” in the book Krik Krak by Edwinge Danticat, these two stories seemed to be the most eye catching to me.  When I say eye catching, they seemed different that all the other stories because most of these stories talked about the Hatian Culture and how everyone was fleeing the country because of the Macouts.  The Government was in full control of the Haitian people.  I thought these two chapters had a connection because they both have a mother and son but no father.  I thought this would make a good piece in our created performance cause we could see what both sides looked like in both stories.  In both chapters, Little Guy and Night Womens son were going through a tough time because Little Guy just lost his father and Night womens a prostetute.  After all, it seemed like the performance worked out by putting Lily as Night Women and Little Guy as Night Women's son.  It was a ve...
