Chapter 3-5 Notes

Chapter 3: - A car Accident -  She's startled by this tragic event - Seems suspicious about the scene -  Not sure what to do because its just her and no one else -  Man was in the car accident - Man seems to be okay almost like this man was suppose to be there -  Was it meant to be? -  The peasants help out the man who is injured Chapter 4: - Man in Desiree's house - Trying to find the mans family - His family is probably wondering where he is and if he is okay - The man is pretty wounded but is treated by the peasants - Unfortunately, a storm sweeps through the peasants village and ruins the landscape Chapter 5: - The Dads son comes and picks up his kid from the village - The storm knocks out the village - The sons name was Daniel B and Desiree seemed to not want him to leave -  She felt it was meant to be that Daniel was sent here to the village hurt

Notes: Starts off very detailed and descriptive about the environment surrounded. Setting:  Nature like backgrounds.  In some village with trees around.  Details on the background surrounding the village. Characters: Monsieur Bienconnu:  Talks about the nature of the mountains and trees.  Talks a lot about the history of the men and peasants.  He has all the knowledge.  100+ years old and knows stories.  Intelligent. Mama Euralie and Tonton:  Also talk about history.  Intelligent.  All look at the mountains.  Talk about the detail of the trees and hills Peasant Girl:  Wants to believe what she's dreaming about.  Seems like they are working hard as peasants.  Very limited resources.  Her name in story is Desirèe.  Her real name is Timoune Mama Euralie is her mother, Tontun Julian is her father. Review of Written musical

Last Wednesday, I went to go see the musical, “Foot Loose.”  I really enjoyed this play for many reasons.  I thought it was not boring and it got very live when the rap music was bumping in the background which made it different than all the other plays I have seen.  I thought the people performing did an excellent job.  Toni, was very good at his part with the singing.  I was surprised he sang that much and have never really seen a guy sing in a musical besides broadway.  At first I thought the story was hard to understand with all the singing, dancing, and loud background music but then it made sense when they talked about the 5 people that died.  These 5 people died by listening to too loud of music which was a distraction and therefor the town banned loud music and dancing.  They then met up as a town and decided weather or not third should be banned or not but Toni did not want this to stop his dancing and music career.  I also wasn’t su...
